As a Strategy Lead, Lauren guides and mentors strategists across different projects, supporting their growth and encouraging them to flex what they’re good at. She manages multiple client engagements ensuring desired outcomes from discovery to delivery and striving to generate new business opportunities within and across existing accounts. Lauren devotes herself to finding value in all her projects to sustainably benefit all stakeholders. She takes pride in contributing to the growth of the practice through thought leadership content.

Lauren’s donned many hats in her career, including designing, prototyping, manufacturing, sales, planning, and bookkeeping. After working as an industrial designer for a New York City-based lighting and furniture design company, she spent her recent years helping build and scale design strategy and strategic foresight teams at Scotia Digital.

In her free time, Lauren loves a good workout on her Peloton or at the gym. She also enjoys cooking for her friends on the weekends. Her favorite app is New York Times Cooking.
