Stefany Hernandez

As Senior Engineering Manager, Stefany Hernandez creates and fosters relationships with her team to organize projects, actively cast team members, and mentor their growth — which she accomplishes by building talent maps and developing skills accordingly. Stefany also monitors a project’s progress by resolving risks, issues, and blockers. Aspiring to make a difference, she’s passionate about making a positive impact and empowering others to find their full potential.

Stefany began her career creating systems and designing databases for the Mexican embassy. After joining a DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps Center of Excellence as a scrum master, she transitioned to an engineering manager, where she ensured best practices were followed. She is also certified in Azure and SAFe DevOPs.

Ever the social butterfly, Stefany enjoys being with people and having meaningful conversations. And as much as she loves cookies, she finds her baking always turns out raw and burnt at the same time. Her favorite app is Amazon Alexa.
