Zak Wash

As UX Lead, Zak Wash is responsible for guiding the User Experience research and design streams for projects, including conducting user research, facilitating design workshops, wireframing and prototyping, and completing usability tests. He also mentors Junior UX Specialists and supports the growth of his team’s skill levels, knowledge, and culture. For Zak, developing a deep understanding of who we’re building products for is essential. He believes in taking a human-centered approach and advocating for the voice of the user in all he does.

Zak’s 10+ years of industry experience encompasses content strategy and UX design. While developing his skills as a UX Designer, he became UX Lead at one of New Zealand’s top digital agencies. He also worked as a Product Designer for an industry-leading HR SaaS solution.

When Zak isn’t working, you can find him moonlighting as a professional wrestler or cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays. His favorite app is Letterboxd.
