Candice Dehond

As a Project Management Lead, Candice Dehond partners with client stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborates with discipline specialists to plan and deliver the end product. Working closely with our Project Managers, she helps ideate and implement ongoing process improvements while mentoring the growth of our team. Candice always aims to facilitate a positive experience for everyone involved by incorporating proactive expectation management and feedback cycles into her projects.

Candice’s experience with various sized clients and industries includes real estate, agriculture, telecom, and retail, where she has managed projects like complex CMS migrations, website redesigns, apps, maintenance, and more. Candice is also a Certified Scrum Master.

When she’s not working, Candice enjoys going for walks with her family and friends and ending the week with a takeout favorite — usually Thai food, sushi, or pizza. Her favorite apps include House Sigma and Spotify.
