Pablo believes in the practice of horizontal structure for streamlined internal communication. He recruits team members for upcoming projects by deeply understanding their skill sets and training needs through regular one-on-one conversations.

With 20+ years of experience in the software industry, Pablo has helped establish two technology firms while working in different areas like design, front-end development, project management, and more.

When not working, Pablo loves playing Padel and video games. He loves traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures and food. His favorite apps are Discord, TikTok, and Spotify.
